Content Data: Documents, outlines, and briefs you upload for deck generation are processed by our AI to produce your presentations. This content is not stored after generation completes.

Brand Assets: Logos, color definitions, and typography preferences you upload as part of your brand kit are stored to apply consistent styling across your generated decks.

Usage Data: We collect aggregated analytics about how features are used to improve the service. This data does not identify individual users.

To generate presentations from your briefs and documents
To apply your brand kit across generated decks
To authenticate your account and manage workspace access
To communicate service updates, security notices, and billing information
To improve the quality and reliability of our generation engine

3. Data Processing and AI

Documents and briefs submitted for deck generation are processed in isolated environments. Your input content is used solely to generate the specific presentation you requested.

Your documents, briefs, and generated presentations are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Your data remains yours.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on cloud providers that maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

Brand assets and generated presentations are stored while your account remains active. Input documents used for generation are deleted after processing completes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

With infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, processing)
When required by law, legal process, or government request
To protect the rights, safety, or property of SHINEVISH, our users, or the public

6. Data Retention

Input documents are deleted immediately after generation completes. Generated presentations and brand assets are retained while your account is active. Account data is deleted 30 days after account closure upon request.

8. Cookies and Analytics
