Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SHINEVISH is an AI-powered presentation generation service operated by SHINEVISH Private Limited. The service allows users to generate slide deck presentations from briefs, outlines, and documents, apply brand styling automatically, and edit presentations through natural language instructions.

2. Account Registration

To use SHINEVISH, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SHINEVISH only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Create presentations containing harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Interfere with the service operation or other users' access
  • Use automated systems to generate excessive requests beyond your plan limits
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SHINEVISH, including documents, briefs, data, and brand assets. You also own the presentations generated from your content.

SHINEVISH does not claim ownership over your input content or generated output. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the service you requested.

5. Service Plans and Billing

SHINEVISH offers multiple service tiers with different feature sets and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

7. AI-Generated Content

Presentations generated by SHINEVISH are created by AI based on your input. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before presenting or distributing it. SHINEVISH is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHINEVISH Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that may harm other users or the platform.

Upon termination, you may request export of your generated presentations within 30 days. After this period, your data will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
