Templates & Layouts

A curated range of slide layouts designed to serve every content type. The AI selects the right one automatically based on what you are presenting - or you can specify exactly what you want.

These are not generic templates you fill in manually. Each layout type is a design system that the AI applies intelligently based on your content structure. A chart gets a chart layout with proper data visualization spacing. A comparison gets a balanced side-by-side with matched visual weight. The layouts adapt to your content, not the other way around.

Available slide layouts

Title Slide

Strong opening with headline, subtitle, and brand mark. Sets the tone for the entire deck.

Bullet Content

Clean list layout with hierarchy and emphasis options. Supports nested points with visual distinction.

Chart Slide

Data visualization with supporting context, labels, and source attribution. Sized for legibility.

Image + Text

Split layout with visual on one side, narrative on the other. Balanced weight between content types.

Comparison

Side-by-side layout for contrasting options, before/after, or competitor analysis.

Quote / Callout

Emphasis slide for key messages, important statistics, or notable quotes that deserve stand-alone impact.

Timeline

Horizontal or vertical progression for roadmaps, project phases, or historical sequences.

Grid / Feature

Multi-item grid for feature lists, team capabilities, or product attributes with icons.

Section Divider

Clean break between major sections of a deck. Keeps navigation clear in longer presentations.

How the AI selects layouts

Content type detection

Numerical data triggers chart layouts. Lists trigger bullet layouts. Single strong statements trigger callout layouts. The AI reads meaning, not just words.

Variety management

Three bullet slides in a row bores an audience. The AI introduces layout variety - converting one to a visual or grid format to maintain engagement throughout.

Density optimization

Too much content for one slide? The AI splits it across two with appropriate layouts rather than cramming everything into a single unreadable frame.

Override capability

You can always specify which layout you want via chat editing. "Make slide 4 a comparison" or "convert this to a chart" overrides the AI selection.

Custom layout creation

For teams with specific slide structures that recur across decks - like a particular executive summary format or a standardized deal review layout - you can define custom templates that SHINEVISH will use when the context matches.

Custom layouts become part of your team library. The AI learns when to apply them based on content patterns, so they get used automatically when appropriate.

  • Define layout zones and content rules
  • Set which content types trigger this layout
  • Save to your team library for reuse across all members
  • AI learns context patterns for automatic application
  • Version and update layouts as your needs evolve
